2. Items returned must be in unused/good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

5. The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel.

Quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of defected lens.

We will solve it after checking. Please do not throw the lens and lens package before your problem is solved because we have several different packages(brands).

Notice:

1. Each order has only one after-sale privilege.

2. Replace, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/want or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.

Return/Refund Process

Step 1. Please send an email to info@prettyhouselens.com.au first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.

Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and reason.

Step 2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.

Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.

Step 3. Drop off you package at your carrier.

Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us

Step 4. We receive your return package.

We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.

Please note that we reserve the right to approve or refuse a request for a refund/return that reviewed by our manager case by case.

Q1. How long my order will be processed?

All our stocks are ready in stocks, once we received your payment, we will ship out in one day.

Q2. Is the product price for one pair or for one lens? For Monthly lenses, it come in one box two lenses with same power. So if your left and right eyes are different power, please buy two different power boxes. For Yearly lenses, it come in vital per power, you can buy in different power to match in one pair two lenses.

Q3. What power should i choose if I do not wear glasses normally?

You can select '0.00'

Q4. When will you restock / how often you do restock?

We restock very often, however you can send email to ask us in more details.

Q6. Do we sell astigmatic lens?

Sorry we do not sell

Q7. Can astigmatism use normal lenses?

We would not recommend this since astigmatism and short-sighted are two different things.

Q8. Do you have (+) plus prescription for farsighted?

Sorry we do not have (+) plus prescription.

Q9. Which Diameter / Base Curve / Prescription should I have?

You should prefer to your recent Eyetest prescription, all details are listed on that, or you can send your prescription to us, we will recommend the best options for you.

Q10. My products defect, what should I do?

Its normal to have factory defect products, please refer to our refund policy or email us we will assist you on this matter.

Q11. How should I know the product you sell is authentic?

We can provide the certificate of origin or our shipment labels, which to ensure our products are directly from the factory.
